By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Delivery & Shipping
Great news, we offer international shipping services and deliver to all countries that receive Shipping Services (DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS, ARAMEX, ePacket, (or any available Postal/Shipping services in your region). The more of you we can reach the happier we are.
How does your delivery system work?
Packages will be shipped via a courier service which is dependant on the size and weight of the product. All packages are tracked and you will receive an email with this information when your order has been shipped.
Customs Duty
Please note:
All international shipments are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country of destination
Please check with your local authorities on possible Taxes on imported goods.

Delivery timescales depend on the location, please see below our estimated shipping times.
Standard International Shipping is 4 to 14 Days.
Express International Shipping is 4 to 10 Days.

Returns & Refunds
Cancellations
Don’t worry, all orders can be cancelled until the point of shipping. All you need to do to cancel an order is contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds & Exchange
We care about you and your customer satisfaction so if you need a refund you can request one no matter what.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied back onto your payment method within 5 to 20 working days.
We also offer an exchange service, just contact us as soon as possible and we will take it from there.
Local delivery (Domestic - South Africa)
Local delivery is available on all orders within South Africa. Standard Shipping locally is between 4 - 7 Days (Applies to locally Sourced Products within South Africa). Otherwise, International Shipping rules will apply (4 - 14 Days) if products have to be imported.
* Note: Delivery/Shipping for Solar Backup Kits or (Build to Order) is 4-14 Days for both Domestic and International Shipping
Deliveries are made from 08h00 am to 17h00 pm CAT/+2:00 GMT on Monday to Friday. We will contact you with the phone number or email address that you provided at checkout to notify you on the delivery date and time.
International Shipping
We offer International shipping to the following countries, practically all countries serviced by DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS, ARAMEX, ePacket (or any available Postal/Shipping services in your region):
- Europe, Asia, North and South American countries, Africa, Middle-East, Oceania Countries, Australia
After entering your shipping address at checkout, the App will notify you of the available Shipping Services and Shipping Costs in your region.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the receiving country. The recipient is responsible for any such charges. Please check with your local Customs Authorities for customs charges before making an order
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@letsfibre.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
1. General
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Standard International Shipping is from 4 to 14 Days. Refer to Shipping details above for each region.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on order amount and/or weight, dimensions (or Shipping Service Available or Selected) of the items on the Order. We offer International Shipping to all parts of the world, to countries which are serviced by DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS, ARAMEX, ePacket (or any available Postal/Shipping services in your region)
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Lets Fibre (Pty) Ltd will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. This excludes custom solutions, Services or installations.
Return shipping is free of charge using our preferred shipping service. Please contact us at info@letsfibre.co.za for any specific information on return shipping. If the customer wishes to use their own shipping method, then they will cover their own costs for return shipping.[Lets Fibre (Pty) Ltd] will refund the value of the goods returned
3.2 Warranty Returns
Lets Fibre (Pty) Ltd will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided the Warranty is still valid
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Lets Fibre (Pty) Ltd to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically (South Africa)
In general, Domestic shipments within South Africa are in transit for 4 - 7 Days (Standard Shipping). Express Domestic shipments are in transit for 3 - 5 Days. Order Processing time is 2 - 3 Days
4.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 14 Days. Express International shipments are in transit for 4 - 10 Days. Order Processing time is 2 - 3 Days.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment of order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours (08h00 am to 17h00 pm CAT/+2:00 GMT), except on weekends or national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Lets Fibre (Pty) Ltd will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
We don't charge Sales Tax or VAT on all products. Please check with your local authorities on possible Taxes on imported goods.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Lets Fibre (Pty) Ltd encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Lets Fibre (Pty) Ltd at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
