Mini USB port

THE CE8860EI DEVICE HAS TWO ETH MANAGEMENT INTERFACES (RJ45), AND THE PRECAUTIONS FOR USING THE TWO INTERFACES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Two interfaces cannot be used at the same time, just select one of them.
  • Before the device boots, you can choose to use interface 1 or interface 2 in the BIOS menu, and use interface 1 by default, which can be set in the Basic Configuration Guide - BIOS Menu Introduction - ModifyIng ethernet interface parameters.

  • After successful device enrollment:
    • If both management interfaces are wired and Up, interface 1 will be used as the primary, interface 2 will be automatically used as a backup without configuration, and the management port number displayed in the device CLI interface is MEth0/0/0.
    • If the two management interfaces are connected after the device is successfully registered, the plug-in, first-use principle is implemented.
    • If interface 1 fails, the system automatically switches to interface 2, and when interface 1 fails, it will only fail back to interface 1 if interface 2 fails or the device restarts. You can check which interface is currently in use by looking at the LEDs on the physical interface (the ETH interface link LED in use will be solid green, the ACT light will blink yellow when there is data transmission, and the LEDs of the standby interface will all be off).

USB PORT

THE USB INTERFACE CAN BE CONNECTED TO A U DISK FOR LOG BACKUP, SYSTEM SOFTWARE BACKUP AND UPLOAD, AND SUPPORTS THE U DISK OPENING FUNCTION.
